Linda met with us first to find out about us and what we wanted and needed. Once we were preapproved, she set up a portal so we could view homes in our desired area that matched the criteria we were looking for.
Homes were selling very quickly when we were looking, but Linda was so fast and responsive, we typically got in for a showing within a couple days.
After viewing 9 homes that looked good on paper, we found our perfect home. It went up for sale on a Wednesday and she encouraged us to see it on Thursday. We made our offer that day and had an accepted offer that night.
